New Attack on Cancer with Nano Weapon

This is my final illustration for the newspaper headline. Bit of a funny one as I thought i'd be clever and 'ahead of the game' by starting on my final image before my tutors had seen the roughs. The 'original' was done in a superhero comic book style with big lettering, images jumping out of their framed boxes and a composition that was a bit too exciting for such a serious topic. I didn't want to be seen as taken the subject light-heartedly so after talking to my tutors, I felt it was best to have a mellowed down version as shown below.
